1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AI Teacher, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. The service

AI Teacher provides voice-based AI tutoring with a live visual whiteboard, practice quizzes, and lesson history. Lesson content, explanations, and quiz questions are generated by AI models in real time. While we work to make lessons accurate and age-appropriate, AI-generated content can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect — it's a learning aid, not a substitute for a certified teacher or textbook, and important facts should be double-checked.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at the contact below if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan includes a limited number of lessons per week. Paid plans (weekly, monthly, or annual) are one-time payments for that period — not a recurring subscription or auto-renewing mandate. Your plan simply stays active until it expires; nothing renews or charges automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use AI Teacher to attempt to extract, misuse, or abuse the underlying AI systems; to share illegal, harmful, or abusive content; or to interfere with the service for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content and ownership

Lesson boards, notes, and transcripts generated during your sessions are yours to use for personal learning (including downloading PDF notes). The AI Teacher name, branding, and underlying software remain our property.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated lesson content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use AI Teacher after a change means you accept the updated terms.
